Picatinny Rail Vise Block Ordering Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

We can take up to 1-4 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed on the weekends or national holidays.

All orders are shipped USPS priority mail to united states address and APO only, and usually takes 2-3 business days once shipped. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused due to weather, mechanical error, holiday-related delays, or any other unforeseen factors. DTR PRECISION is not able to offer refunds for incorrect addresses or delayed packages. **Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping.**

Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 3 business days of delivery. If damages occur from shipping, please photograph and save the damaged item and the packaging. If you don't do this, WE CAN'T FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF.

CANCELATIONS:

Please note that all order cancellations will be refunded minus a processing fee of 10% of the total which covers our credit card processor and cancelations fees as well as labor and packaging materials. Please note that orders cancelled immediately after order confirmation may still be subject to above cancellations fees as the credit card is automatically charged by our payment gateway.

RETURNS POLICY:

1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in resaleable condition (unopened/ unused) is refundable minus shipping and handling as well as a 10% re-stocking fee.

2. Items returned not in resaleable condition as determined by DTR PRECISION (opened/ used, installed, notable signs of wear and tear, damaged, etc.) is NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. Refunds may be processed if there is a defect in the product and you do not wish to exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for all defective products returned for refunds/exchanges

RESTOCKING/ PROCESSING FEE:

All items are subject to a 10% restocking or processing fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also DO NOT refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
